A careers site on your own domain

Your open roles, listed at careers.yourcompany.co.za, under your own name rather than ours.

Setup is one DNS record. You add a CNAME, we issue the certificate, and the site is live — usually within a few minutes of the record propagating.

There is no publish step

The site reads your jobs directly. A role you make public appears; an edit to it changes the live advert; hiding it takes the advert down. There is no second copy to keep in step and nothing to remember to update.

Someone who applies on that page enters the same pipeline as an emailed application — CV read, anonymised, scored against the role, sitting in the same list. The careers site is a front door, not a separate system.

Google can list the roles

Each advert page carries the JobPosting markup Google’s job results require, so a role can appear in the vacancy panel above the ordinary search results rather than only being found by people who already know your company.

It is emitted only when the role genuinely carries what Google requires — chiefly a country, which on a remote role means where applicants may be based. Markup that overstates what a page actually says is what earns a manual penalty, so when a role can’t satisfy the rules we leave the markup off and tell you why on the job itself. Each job shows On Google, Google can’t list it with the reason, or Not on Google when it isn’t public.

What it costs

Nothing at the moment. It is a Pro feature offered free during this introductory period, and if that changes, existing sites get fair warning first.
